As the preferred vendor for all Spectrum Brands relocation and and rigging and machinery moving needs, Reynolds Transfer has worked with Spectrum (formerly under the name Rayovac) for the better part of the last century. When it came time to relocate Spectrum Brand’s Technical Center from Madison to Middleton, Reynolds ensured that Spectrum’s research equipment was moved without quickly, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to the company. Our Commercial & Industrial Moves project manager worked closely with Spectrum’s facilities project manager and department heads to reduce our onsite time by 30% during the moving process. This ultimately saving Spectrum over $75,000 in relocation costs. The main Technical Center relocation took place in the fall of 2013; the Lithium Lab moved in June of 2013, and the decommissioning of the former Spectrum Brands World Headquarters office space occurred in December 2013. Reynolds Transfer continues to regularly provide machinery moving and installation services to the various Spectrum plants, as well as routine office and facility moves as needed.
